We can assist with relocating your existing bed and mattress within your home or arrange for its disposal. Please note that we are unable to transport your existing bed and mattress to a new location.

2. Will my bed be set up upon delivery?

Yes, we ensure that your bed is fully assembled and operational upon delivery. We will verify that all functions are working correctly before we leave.

3. Will you demonstrate how to use the bed upon delivery?

Certainly! Our team will guide you through the bed’s controls and functions to ensure you are comfortable with its operation.

4. Does my bed require servicing?

Yes, we recommend that electric beds undergo an annual service to maintain optimal performance. We can assist in arranging this service for you.

5. Do I need an occupational therapist to purchase a bed?

If you are accessing government funding for your electric bed, an Occupational Therapist’s report is typically required. If you are purchasing privately, while not mandatory, we recommend consulting with an Occupational Therapist to help determine the best bed and mattress for your needs.

6. What happens if the power goes out while using my electric bed?

For your convenience, we offer an optional battery backup that provides enough power for the bed to reach a safe position, allowing for easy transfer in and out of bed.

7. Can I use my existing mattress with the new bed?

While it’s recommended to use a profiling mattress that can flex with the bed’s adjustments, your current mattress may be compatible if you’ve previously used an adjustable bed.

8. Are home demonstrations free of charge?

Yes, we offer complimentary in-home demonstrations. This allows you to try out the bed and ask any questions you may have about its features.

9. Can I purchase accessories for my electric bed?

Absolutely! We offer a range of accessories, including bed rails and battery backups. During your demonstration, we will walk you through the available options.

10. How long does an in-home demonstration take?

In-home demonstrations typically last between 30 to 60 minutes. We take the time to ensure that you are fully informed and comfortable with your bed and mattress selection.

11. Do you sell mattresses?

Yes, we offer a selection of high-quality mattresses, which you will be able to test during your demonstration.

12. Do you sell pressure-relieving mattresses?

If you require a pressure-relieving mattress for high-care needs, please inform us when scheduling your demonstration. We will ensure that the appropriate options are available on the day of your trial.

13. Can I purchase a bed using My Aged Care or NDIS funds?

Yes, all our products meet industry-leading standards and are eligible for purchase through My Aged Care or NDIS funding. We recommend reviewing the relevant government websites for guidance on accessing these funds.
